Local Sales Tax

Our prices are quoted including French sales tax (VAT or TVA) at 19.6%.  The tax will not be chargeable for exports to:

- other EU countries if the customer has a VAT/TVA number in his country or

- countries outside the European Union.

Our Liability

Please note that our liability is limited to the replacement of paper, agreed by both parties to be sub-standard.  In the event of damage in transit, we will replace the goods or refund value on return of items to Ruscombe Paper Mill
