PAYMENT TERMS
Unless we have agreed credit terms, we will provide a pro-forma invoice to include carriage, package and insurance where relevant.

We ask customers to handle any import taxes and any other local charges which may apply in other countries.

The payment currency should be as shown on the pricelist. Payment can be made by money order, direct credit transfer or by credit card.

OUR LIABILITY
Please note that our liability is solely limited to the replacement of paper agreed by both parties to be substandard. In the event of damage in transit, we will replace the goods or refund their value, on return of the products to Ruscombe Paper Mill in France.
