PRODUCT AVAILABILITY Our policy is generally only to display items which are available at the time of shopping unless the item is in frequent demand in which case the expected availability date will be highlighted against the item. All paper products are made by the mill and we aim to programme stock provisioning to meet the demand.

PRICE STRUCTURE & DISCOUNTS All prices are quoted per sheet or per item displayed in euros including French value added tax, currently at 19.6%.
A discount of 5% is applicable to all order values in excess of 120 euros, except where other promotions or special discounts are in place.
For deliveries outside the European Union, provided that the correct full name and address information is provided, this tax will not be charged. The tax is deducted at the point of sale, once the destination country has been confirmed.
MINIMUM QUANTITIES Some papers are subject to minimum order quantities. These quantities are displayed in the selection box for the item concerned.
OTHER CURRENCIES The site includes a feature to enable customers to estimate the price on their own currency at the indication exchange rate of the day. We illustrate a secondary currency in $US.
PACKAGING We reserve the right to select the most secure packaging. Unless requested or if the quantity ordered is sufficiently large, the sheets of paper are rolled and packed into square boxes 15 x 15 or 10 x 10 cm and of the appropriate length. Smaller items will be packed in bespoke envelopes or containers.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES The customer will be responsible for any import and customs duties which may be applicable. Full customs information will be provide by us on the appropriate shipping documents.
EUROPEAN SALES TAX - Value added tax
Value Added Sales Tax will not be charged for destinations outside the European Union. Customers residing in the EU who have registered tax numbers will not be charged provided that the valid Tax number is supplied.
PAYMENT METHODS Customers can opt to pay on-line at the time of purchase by Credit card, VISA, MASTERCARD or CARTE BLEU. This is a securitised system operated by Paypal for which the customer pays no charges.
Otherwise orders can be accepted for payment by:
- Cheque in euros drawn on a French bank,
- Western Union.
Please note that it is not essential to have a Paypal account. For credit card payment at the checkout select the Paypal option. You will then be given the choice of using any of the usual credit cards for payment or your Paypal account if you have one. There is no charge for this.
SHIPPING METHODS & CHARGES Packaging and shipping are charged at cost. Unless otherwise requested the French postal service is used and we adopt the Colissimo International suivi recorded delivery service, a priority parcel delivery for up to 30kgs and which has a tracking number for most EU countries. Small packages may use the letter rate post up to 2kgs.
The nature of our business is that we need to be able to ship to many reachable locations. The postal services or courriers we use, have been proved to be reliable and we can usually provide some tracking data.
SHIPPING TIMES These are generally as quoted by the post office for priority mail. We usually expect 2-3 days for most of western europe, extending to 7-10 days North America and 10-12 days Asia and Australasia.
RETURNS and REPLACEMENTS Customer satisfaction is a paramount criteria of the mill, and we will replace papers mutually agreed to be unsatisfactory or refund at our discretion. Customers should contact the mill within 3 days of receipt of the paper. Products must be returned in the condition in which they are despatched, at the customer's cost.
